The page zoom is also reset to 100%. Outline frames is unchecked if it was checked previously.

    1 When you save a book as different file name and the book window is maximized, the book window is restored, but it shouldn't be. 
     1When you save a book as different file name and the book window is maximized, the book window is restored, but it shouldn't be. If the book is zoomed, it is back to 100% zoom. If the frames are outlined and you are on page 2, the selector says "0" and an error appears. See attached report.
