icons of frame size and position and frame margin and padding huds are not correct

1. Insert a new book.
2. Insert a text.
3. Change some of the numbers in frame size and position or in frame margin and padding huds(for example Y position of the text frame).
4. Diselect the text frame.(for example click on the background).
5. Select the text again and check the huds. Notice the icons of the changed values says it's number is bad but it's not.

Expected behavior: The icon should show that the number is good.

And now all the time you insert a text frame in this page the icons of the changed values have wrong icons.
