    2 2. In the timeline palette, click on the dropdown menu on the bottom left that says "100ms". The options appear but disappear before the user can select them making this control unusable. 
     22. In the timeline palette, click on the dropdown menu on the bottom left that says "100ms". The options appear but disappear before the user can select them making this control unusable. This only happens sometimes. When happens, you may hit enter, and the control is accessible.
