Currently, the media position can be changed by the viewer/author by clicking (mouse pressed) on a desired place of the slider.
- Provide dragging capability - when the mouse is pressed and the cursor (mouse) is moved.
- Optional - if the mouse was pressed in the bar, and moved out of the bar, the bar should follow it's horisontal position.
