     1Currently the links hud takes unnecessarily big space. The goal of this task is to fix this issue and to make the look of this hud a little bit more pleasant

     3Fix the following issues 
     4 * The "Rule" combo box and the "delete rule" button should be on the same line. 
     5 * The "delete rule" button should look like all the others delete buttons in the application 
     6 * Arrange the labels for the combo boxes to the left side of the line, aligned with the content of the combo box. Also make them blue, bold, and let the font size be 10px according to the design we have for the entire application. 
     7 * Adjust the vertical and horizontal gaps inside this hud. Currently they look random.
