Bug report form allows the user to participate into Sophie development process by submitting automatically generated reports for occurred bugs. 

 * Reports should have field in which the user may type in the conditions when the error occurred. 

 * Reports may contain personal information such as OS, file name and absolute path. This information may not be sent as it may be confidential. 

 * In order not to send the information, the user should click the "Do not send any private information" checkbox.
