Allows the user to select a predefined color, create a custom one, or pick up color from other object on the page. 

Color chooser must have the following behavior:

 * When primary color is clicked it is selected.

 * When clicked on continious color palette a color is selected.

 * When the user clicks on hex color field, he/she can manually set color in hex format.

 * The user can set color manually by filling values ![0,255] in RGB fields.

 * (optional) When clicked on other page object its color is selected.

 * There must be a field showing the selected color.

 * There must be a way to change the opacity (field containing opacity percentage or opacity scrollbar).
