    134134 * Ctrl+Shift+S is pointed as shorcut for save as. In OpenOffice it is done this way, but Notepad++ uses Ctrl+Alt+S. In N++ Ctrl+Shift+S triggers Save All functionality which is very useful for multiple document editor. 
    135135 * Ctrl+P prints the book to PDF. Where does this belong? File Menu? 
     136 * Ctrl+Q quits Sophie. Do we need this? I guess each OS gives a shortcut for this and the user is used to it.
