= 6. Working with media =

This section of the document explains how media files work in Sophie.

In this release of Sophie, support for audio and video is limited: while .MOV and .AVI movies and .WAV audio files will import, it's possible that not all files will play correctly. This does not reflect the final functionality of Sophie: audio and video support will increase as Sophie is developed. PDF import works in this release, but is not fully functional: only the first page of a PDF will be displayed.
