Actually, the way it's set up now it might make more sense to get rid of the flaps entirely and just use the tabs - the flaps are cutting into our horizontal space & the vertical space of the palettes and aren't particularly useful in and of themselves (besides being able to set their widths, which could be done via the tabs themselves).
 * Is there another list for all the content inside of HUDs? I assume those need tooltips as well.
