Unplanned tasks are tasks that do not exist in shedule [source:/manage/sched/sophie2-wbs.py] and are not bug tasks or untracked tasks. Unplanned tasks may be suggested by the team, discussed on the mail list or weekly meetings. 
 * Unplanned tasks names are UNPLANNED_TASK_NAME_R? , as the other tasks they may have several revisions.
 * If a task revision TASK_NAME_X_R? from a different iteration must be done at the current iteration, it enters the iteration as UNPLANNED_TASK_NAME_X_Ri where i is serial number of the revision of the unplanned task. This revision's page should be linked to the revision of planned tasks.
 * A ticket is created for each unplanned task's revision. This ticket has:
  * ticket type UNPLANNED_TASK
  * milestone - for each revision set a milestone when this revision should be done
  * effort - set the effort (in days) of this revision. See [source:/manage/sched/resources.ods] and take into consideration the total effort of this iteration.
  * importance - 10-99 higher is greater.
  * component
  * version
 * Unplanned tasks are added at the bottom of the current iteration page in section "Unplanned tasks" , which is a subsection of "Manually added section" (ITERATION_??#Manuallyaddedsection)
 * Effort of the milestone is recalculated and contains the unplanned effort.
