Unplanned tasks are tasks that do not exist in shedule manage/sched/sophie2-wbs.py and are not bug tasks or untracked tasks. Unplanned tasks may be suggested by the team, discussed on the mail list or weekly meetings.

• Unplanned tasks names are UNPLANNED_TASK_NAME_R? , as the other tasks they may have several revisions
• A ticket is created for each unplanned task's revision. This ticket has:
  • ticket type UNPLANNED_TASK
  • milestone - for each revision set a milestone when this revision should be done
  • effort - set the effort (in days) of this revision. See manage/sched/resources.ods and take into consideration the total effort of this iteration.
  • importance - 10-99 higher is greater.

• Unplanned tasks are added at the bottom of the current iteration page in section "Unplanned tasks" , which is a subsection of "Manually added section" (ITERATION_0?#Manuallyaddedsection)
