there were numerous impediments for this task. many of the plug-ins do not work as expected but due to the time boxing and the satisfying of the most of the task requirements this is finished.

The "permissions" part of the requirements is non-present in the design. This is last revision of the task and after its completetion our issue tracker should be able to provide a way for easy and secure bug reporting. I think the user permissions must be cleared here.
