During the implementation think about making section(or columns) for the freelancers(discuss with Milo), and remove the h(eff) symbols from the daily availability so we can easily collect the hours in the end. You can write somewhere what is the availability unit.

I think this looks like it's okay. As the task is defined, the implementation does the job. I do wonder how well this is going to work in practice - this depends on people checking in on this document regularly, and people will need to make that part of their workflow. It would be nice if there were some way for people to be alerted to relevant changes here that they should pay attention to - this is a big document and there are a lot of places to look - but I think this will work.
