Description
- Make a new book
- Choose Insert > Text Frame.
On 2 the attached crash appears; the frame is not inserted.
(This needs to be resolved before the demo can happen.)

That problem was in the local cache of the resources... I fixed it for the demo... maybe ugly, but the entity ids will be removed one way or another with the new design of the resources and the changes, so it works well for now...
