After all the changes in this design I think that is the true model of the timelines, they will use the access and may be element helper in their views to modify or get values stored in the model. Everything in this model must be immutable.

You'll have to update your draft/code to work with the new resource logic, write making changes in the views and remove Resource target = this.elementResource.get(Resource.class); wrong logic like that.

You can do that thing, but it's not a real redesign, it's just a task. The resource manipulation is messed up and in the refactoring of the model you, boyan and mira will have to work together on timelines...
