In FileEntryManager#getFromJar the URL from which something if required is wrong. It concatenates the module URL with the entry path, but the module URL contains the entry path - it is added in FileEntryManager#getReadableFileEntry... So for the fix we can add a new method createRulToOpen, where will be checked if the module URL already containt the entry path and to create a right URL
