Description

When you try to insert a rtf file, an exception is thrown (see attached report).

This is actually not exactly a bug but a need of reimplementation due to R4 redesign. Old classes *ImportManager are deprecated and will be deleted. All will be handled in LogicR3 operations, using accesses according to the new design.

Implementation, together with 1948 at changeset [6203].
