Description
- Change the book name from book properties to New Bookoooooooooooo for example.
- Now notice that the book icon in the open books palette is stretched.

In OpenBooksPalette class check if the book title is longer than MAX_LABEL_SIZE sumbols and if so replace the name of the label with a smaller one:the first MAX_LABEL_SIZE -3 characters from the name + "..."

Merged to the trunk at [8308]... Spacing issues, the title length was too large changed it to 12...
