8.1. Using page templates
This release of Sophie has limited support for page templates. Page templates can consist of the frame's border and fill. To create a page template, click the add to page template halo above the upper left corner of the page. A new entry will appear in the page templates palette in the library tab in the right flap:
If you go to another page and double-click the entry for the page template in the palette, that page template will be applied, meaning that the page's current fill and border will be replaced by those of the saved page template. If you open up this page's page HUD, you'll see that the Use template checkboxes are checked for border and fill. If you uncheck these checkboxes, the pages will return to the border and fill it had before the page template was applied.
You can save multiple page templates; however, in this release of Sophie this is of limited utility, as it's difficult to tell page templates apart.
