Description

Image edit is an external project driven by a two of the lead developers in Sophie (pap and meddle).

Opening an image for edit

• Images should be opened for editing via double click in the resources palette or an edit button in the resources palette

Applying changes

• Changes should be applied simultaneously, but on close, a save dialog should be opened. If the user chooses not to save, the changes should be revert

Document windows

• The document windows should be as large as the resource dimensions

Tab contols

• Three palettes should be available - a preview palette, filter options palette, and a filter palette.
  • Filter palette - should be a list palette. Clicking a filter from there should show filter options and a preview of the image without applying it. Double clicking or clicking apply should apply the filter to the image.

Usability

• On image open for editing, save the current opened tabs and open the image tab only (close the bottom flap if opened)
