This task defines containing of the zip package of the application.

Task requirements

  • Review the existing zip from the release of the pre-alpha
  • Define what is included in the zip package
    • For different editions - this is related to PLUGIN_MODULE_STRUCTURE_R1, what plugins
    • What about source, wouldn't be good if it is included?
    • Branch
  • Define zip file structure
  • Define zip file details and information provided (optional)
  • Automate creating of the zip package if possible
  • Research possibilities to automatically create zip from a successful hudson build
  • Setup this on an internal server (if possible)
  • Consider including zips in the repository

Task result

Wiki page with instructions on what has to be done to create a zip file. ( a how to on creating the zip ) Requirements on where the zips should be stored (if in the repository - where, where are old zips, etc)

Implementation idea

Use the pre-alpha2 and contact the release team. It would be even better if the release team gets this task.
