Tooltips: Dan's Edit

Conventions

I've copied the text from the design section of GROUP_HELP_R1; my suggested changes are in bold.

Tooltips

Flaps, tabs, palettes

• Left flap
• Right flap
• Bottom flap

Comments

• This list doesn't include the names of many palettes (especially in the left tab), which should also have alternate text. Often the palette's name is more important than the tab's name.
• Is there another list for all the content inside of HUDs? I assume those need tooltips as well.
