3.5p. Quite short and unexplanatory, but this is actually routine work and there is nothing special to describe. You haven't mentioned what is nexus, why do we need it, etc.
A note for the implementor: a task requirement about the Daily backups is not currently covered, and it should be (the requirement is for the implementation phase, so the design is OK).

This task doesn't satisfy the task requirements. Nothing about the daily backup is written. Also even this task has visible result, it cannot be seen because you say 2 dvds are created and kept in different locations, where are they?

On the next revision we should think a way of daily backups instead of weekly. Also DVD burning should have a exact date.
