The obsolete pages you mentioned are linked in ImportantDocs and their entries must be removed after deletion. Actually, if you open the index, you'll find more documents which are not named correctly, not linked by any document, or have just one line of text (for example, SPECIFICATION_OVERVIEW). Removing obsolete documents is not a requirement in the analysis, so I'm not sure what did you mean in this paragraph.
The obsolete page templates need to be removed, but shouldn't the design state which are obsolete?
And one last thing, maybe you should propose the tasks which will create the two pages - and leave a comment there, or something like this..
