crash when adding sticky to empty book

Description

  1. Make a new book.
  2. Click New Sticky button.
  3. Agree to create a new annotation set.

There's a crash, attached; no sticky is added.

This actually seems to happen every time I add a sticky to a book - I can't actually add a sticky correctly.
