Save book confirmation would be useful..

Description
Save book confirmation would be useful. Since we have changes palette that shows changes, it would be nice if Save changes dialog is implemented.

If you have been editing a book and you haven't saved it when you close the application you get the following message: "Do you want to save the changes to ... ". You can then save you work; choosing 'cancel' will cancel the close operation and you will return to the application.
If you have not been editing any books since they were last saved you will receive the following message: "Do you really want to exit Sophie 2.0?".
If you close the book window you receive a similar message: "Do you want to save the changes to ... ". In the future closing the book will result in closing any scripts related to that book. If you have not edited the current book since it was last saved and you close the book document window you don't get any messages.

Merged into the trunk in [5204]. But doesn't work after saving or saving as.... And I don't like the repeated code and some things not according to the "good code examples" page. And put your branches in your tickets next time.
