it turned out that some thing needed to be added in the design section that is done now. the design took overall about 90m.

- Links to PLATFORM_STANDARDS_ANALYSIS and PLATFORM_STANDARDS_DESIGN were added.
- Implementation section was improved and some minor errors were fixed.
