When a browser frame is inserted another program named browser is started and placed in the Dock of a MAC. If you close it, every time you pass through the frame an exception is thrown. See the picture: .

Well, the browser frame starts a process (native one, and its name is "browser") that actually renders the web page you'd like to open. So if you close/kill this process it is normal to see an exception when when trying to use the browser frame...
