The only explanation how the trigger is evoked or what the specific action does is the name of the current trigger or action. It may not be sufficient, so in order to fix this add specific tooltip for each action and trigger. This doesn't mean that combo boxes tooltip will be dropped or that they will change according to what is selected. The tooltip of the combo box will remain and will appear when the cursor is over the combo box. When the cursor is over the selected item or over one of the items inside the list, then a specific tooltip will appear in order to provide explanation of the rolled item.
