Description
Remove the HTML menu item from the Export menu.

Now there are numerous issues with exporting the file to html, so we must remove it:
- In the file menu the export to html must be removed.
- This must be done both for the reader and the author.
- Because only export to pdf will remain there is no need for export to be a submenu. We must have only export to pdf in the file menu.
