- two of the requirements are duplicated, strange is that one of them is optional
- Reduce the rotation halo menu to one button
- (optional) Remove the two halos for rotating, that are used now to rotate the frame clockwise and counterclockwise with 30 degrees.
- So at the end I assume that we'll have only one halo that the users could drag and at the same time click to open rotation center

Notes:
- I like the fact that you wrote good tests.
- I'm concerned that everything is happening in the view... Without Logic R3... But may be rotation is part only of the view... I don't know.
- I don't like the repeating code for templated and not templated locations, you should take it out to a helper method.
- I like that you will delete the old things, everywhere you see such stuff delete it.
And that is both for Dido and Deni... Write your names in the sections!!!
