Analysis

Overview

The Sophie 2.0 build server will keep running with no problems connected with the physical server machine. Maintain the now running instance.

Task requirements

• Check if the instance of the server runs correctly when restarting the server machine.
• See which files hudson keeps in the server machine and what is their size. There should not be any unused things. (For example in build folder on the sophie2.org machine the modules folder is checked out two times.)
• The url of the server should be changed from sophie2.org:8080 to sophie2.org/builds
• Update hudson to its new version.

Task result

Running hudson on sophie2.org/builds and new accounts.

Implementation idea

• The hudson.sh script should be added in the rc.local file(already done).
• Download the new war file - use the link from http://sophie2.org:8080/manage
