Are annotations OK here? READER_APP_TUNING_R0 and AUTHOR_APP_TUNING_R0 isn't soon for these? May be they should be done by the Release Team? TEST_TRACKING_MAINTENANCE_R3? Should this be done by the release team too?

APP_PLUGIN_MANAGER_HOT_ENABLE_R0 depends on APP_PLUGIN_MANAGER_ENABLE_DISABLE_R0? but it is scheduled for Iteration5 The work breakdown structure has new functions and is not longer displayed as html which is inconvinient. Include macro is not functional.
