Part 8: Using Exporting and Printing

Using FivePageBook.sjrb as a demo: result of PDF export is great. HTML export is weird: there are DIVs for frames and the page, but the referenced images aren't there. If we made a book that was just colored frames and text, we could probably export that.

Printing: on my Mac I can generate PS, which looks pretty good, though it's not quite as nice (or useful) as PDF exporting. Does printing to a physical printer work there? If it does, that would be nice to show too.
