Product owner participates in regular meetings. Each team member should be present on regular meetings. If a team member is not available for a meeting, he/she should find a representative and give him all og the information about his/her progress (and other information that one should present, listed above). Impediments are added to the Internal Backlog and resolved by the Scrum master.
Non-regular meetings

- Specific questions (that do not affect the whole team) are examined on inter team meetings that are scheduled or on mail group.
- Other meetings
- Each team member can request other meetings on skype or by mail-lists
Most of the meetings are recorded and available at Videos
