We probably need a listing of every command that can be listed in the changes palette. Where can I get a list like that?

Comments
- Left Flap and Right Flap are not useful terms; I think it would be better to call the left flap Structure and the right flap Contents. Actually, the way it's set up now it might make more sense to get rid of the flaps entirely and just use the tabs - the flaps are cutting into our horizontal space & the vertical space of the palettes and aren't particularly useful in and of themselves (besides being able to set their widths, which could be done via the tabs themselves).
- Is there another list for all the content inside of HUDs? I assume those need tooltips as well.
