Create a new book
Try to set size width to <64
Set the width to 64 and height <64
Set the height to 64 and the width to >1600
Set the height to >1600 and the width to 640
Set the height to 640, width to 480 and the title to "the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER THE LAZY DOG"
