Analysis

Overview

User should be able to adjust the kerning between two characters. When the focus is set between two characters there should be spinner control that allows this functionality. This should present in character setting hud and in detached text frame editor.

Task requirements

  • Add spinner control that controls the kerning in the character settings hud and detached text frame editor.
  • Create live preview.

Task result

  • The result should be code.

How to demo

  • Run the application
  • Create a new book and place text frame inside
  • Populate some text including A, V, W, Y, T symbols that stands togheter.
  • Set the focus between two of them (for example A and V symbols). Open character settings hud and adjust the kerning.
